1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not yet been started or processed.
  • If incorrect payment has been made due to technical error or duplicate transaction.
  • If Amir Farooq LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of legal, financial, and digital services, certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Completed LLC/LTD formation services (once submitted to government authorities).
  • Banking, wallet, and payment gateway account creation once initiated.
  • Completed E-commerce setups (Shopify, eBay, etc.).
  • Consultancy and advisory services after the first consultation.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Email us at info@amirfarooqllc.com with proof of payment.
  • Provide detailed reasons for the refund request.
  • Submit the request within 7 business days of payment.

4. Refund Approval & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs will be deducted.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where services are partially completed, a partial refund may be provided after deducting the costs of work already performed.
